Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, each day is privatized for you to enjoy in complete privacy. Whether you're a couple or a group of eight, as soon as your reservation request is accepted, you can rest assured that it's just you. At Beaujolais Wine Experiences, we take great care to ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease, so that you can ask all your questions and enjoy an unforgettable day.
What is a typical day's program?
You'll be picked up at your hotel or accommodation by Thomas, and then we'll head off together to the Beaujolais region for our first wine tasting at a carefully selected winery, in the presence of the local winemaker. Then we'll head to an incredible restaurant to enjoy a great lunch (included in the package) with wine. Then we're off for a second wine tasting at another winery. At the end, we drive back to Lyon or the surrounding area and you are dropped off at your accommodation or another address of your choice.
Are private tours of the Beaujolais region tailor-made?
Yes, each day is unique and tailored to your needs, taking into account any constraints you may have (allergies, timetables). The estates we visit are often closed to the public, making the experience even more unique!

Yes, you'll be accompanied by Thomas, a passionate WSET 2 wine professional who will lead you through the day and be delighted to share all his knowledge of Beaujolais wines and beyond, in French or English!
Which grape varieties will be tasted on the private tour?
The two Beaujolais grape varieties are easy to remember!
Gamay for red and rosé wines, and Chardonnay for white wines.
The ten Beaujolais crus offer only red wines (e.g. Moulin à Vent, Fleurie, Saint-Amour, Morgon) and the two regional appellations Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages offer all three colors.
Is it possible to organize a corporate seminar with Beaujolais Wine Experiences?
Yes, of course! Thomas will be happy to design a day, a weekend or even several days just for you and your colleagues, so that you can get away from it all and enjoy the great outdoors. Everything is possible, depending on your wishes and your budget. Thomas knows all the wineries that can welcome you for a tasting or to sleep, and also knows all the possibilities for good food and a good time with colleagues.
